The planning study must comply with Reclamation Policy; Directives and Standards; and the Principles, Requirements and Guidelines, listed in Section 2.0. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) will produce an XM Planning report. This work does not include final design, bidding service, construction management oversight, or construction of the Stampede Power Plant rehabilitation or replacement.
