This is a sources sought announcement and is for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.This is NOT a request for proposal, quotations, or bids.The Department of the Interior, Interior Region 10 ¿ California Great Basin is issuing this source sought announcement as a means of conducting market research to identify business capable of completing a planning study, and all associated documents, to analyze project alternatives to support an Extraordinary Maintenance (XM) Planning report for the rehabilitation of Stampede Power Plant. The planning study must comply with Reclamation Policy; Directives and Standards; and the Principles, Requirements and Guidelines, listed in Section 2.0. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) will produce an XM Planning report. This work does not include final design, bidding service, construction management oversight, or construction of the Stampede Power Plant rehabilitation or replacement.
