The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, is seeking information from potential lessors for leased retail space in Harlingen, TX (zip code 78552): - Approximately 4,698 gross square feet of existing Class A or B retail space is required - Space must comply with all federal, state, and local building codes - Must meet Department of Defense Unified Facility Criteria for force protection standards - Facility must include designated or open parking - Space should be ready for occupancy - Intended lease term is five years - No specific OEMs or vendors are named, as this is a request for information (RFI) only - Interested parties should provide: - Building details, floor plans, and digital photos - Area measurements, rental rates, and common area factors - Location must be within the specified Harlingen area (zip code 78552) - All responses will help determine the availability of suitable space for government use

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease approximately 4,698 gross square feet of existing Class A or B retail space, in the Harlingen area specifically in zip code 78552. The ideal space would fit the following: building specifications in compliance with all federal, state and local ordinances; force protection standards incompliance with Department of Defense's Unified Facility Criteria; outfitted with either designated or open parking. An initial five year lease is intended. Space must be ready for occupancy by 1 September 2026.
