This solicitation is for the design, construction, renovation, and necessary permitting to build a new City of Pinellas Park Police Station and renovate the existing Police Station. The project will be executed in two phases: first, the design and construction of a new Police Station including a HVAC chiller system; second, the design and reconstruction of the existing Police Station into a new Fire Station and administrative offices. The City will hire a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process, who will then advise on the selection of an Architect/Engineer.
