The Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Information & Technology is seeking professional services to support its Enterprise Cybersecurity Program Audit lifecycle. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) - Office of Information & Technology (OIT) - Information Security Programs & Logistics (ISPL) - Technology Acquisition Center NJ (contracting office) - Services Requested: - Enterprise Cybersecurity Program Audit Support - Manage audit lifecycle processes (FISMA, FISCAM, IRS audits) - Maintain and improve OIT Audit Portal and SharePoint sites - Develop business intelligence dashboards and Power BI artifacts - Provide project management, reporting, and data analytics - Ensure AI compliance and support audit trend analysis - Support audit preparation, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination - Optional 60-day transition services for knowledge transfer - No hardware, OEMs, or specific product part numbers are requested - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide technical kickoff, project management plan, and monthly progress reports - Support for Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and machine learning solutions - All services are firm-fixed-price - Period of Performance: - Base period of 12 months, with three 12-month option periods and a 60-day optional transition task - Place of Performance: - Contractor facilities - VA Technology Acquisition Center NJ, Eatontown, NJ (contracting office)
