Description
Mercy College is seeking full service architectural and engineering design consultant services for a major renovation and new additions project of an early 1960s complex. The project includes academic instructional spaces, specialized nursing, health professions, natural sciences labs, admissions, student activities, library, career commons, and social and food service areas. The renovation aims to create a transformational campus center that supports student learning, informal gathering, and sustainability initiatives, including alternative energy systems. The contract term is from May 2026 to September 2030, with MWBE goals of 18% MBE and 12% WBE.
