The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is soliciting qualifications for three professional landscape architecture design teams to provide services for the Downstate Capital Districts, including Long Island and New York City regions. The contract term is 60 months with a total compensation not to exceed $4,000,000. Services include project schematics, design, assessments, reports, and related landscape architecture tasks for various park facilities and infrastructure projects. Minority, Women, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business participation goals are set at 15%, 15%, and 6% respectively.
