Description
The City of Montreal-Est is soliciting bids for the redevelopment of Montréal-Est Park. The project scope includes site preparation and demolition, environmental soil monitoring, construction of a 25-space parking lot, development of 7 pickleball courts and 2 pétanque courts, installation of park furniture and fencing, civil infrastructure work, tree planting, turf installation, and electrical work including lighting and relocation of a charging station.
