This is a Presolicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the procurement of Apple Iphones. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation. Proposals or quotes are not being requested at this time. A formal RFQ will be released to all NASA SEWP V contract holders

The Government intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery order using the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).

Only NASA SEWP V prime contract holders are eligible to compete for the anticipated task order. Any interested party that is not a SEWP contract holder is ineligible to respond to the forthcoming RFQ. The contractor shall be an Apple Authorized Reseller and will supply and deliver Iphones, including warranty and Apple Business Management  (ABM) enrollment. 

The Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC) and Naval Forces Europe/Africa, Sixth Fleet (NAVEUR/NAVAF/SIXTHFLT) Headquarters Naples, Italy have a requirement for the purchase of Iphones 17, 256GB, power adaptors and protective cases. 

This is a "brand name" requirement. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be included with the RFQ.

NASA SEWP V contract holders are advised to monitor the NASA SEWP RFQ tool for the official release of this requirement, which is anticipated on or about May 1, 2026.

This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to cancel this acquisition at any time.
