1. Scope This contract/purchase order contains the requirements for manufacture and contract quality requirements for the DIVIDER, POWER, RADIO, part of the MX-11547/SPY-1D(V) DDG2317 & 2318, SIM, EXCTR-GENERATOR (AEGIS). Full Item Name: RADIO FREQUENCY POWER DIVIDER/COMBINER.
2. Applicable Documents The documents listed below form part of this contract/purchase order including modifications or exclusions. Document References must be obtained by the Contractor. Ordering information is attached. Order of Precedence: In case of conflict, the contract text takes precedence over references/drawings unless superseded by law or regulation. 3. Requirements Cage Code/Reference Number Items: The DIVIDER, POWER, RADIO shall be the design represented by Cage Code(s) and reference number(s): 53711, 6711589-2. Marking: Item shall be physically identified per MIL-STD-130. Interchangeability: Parts, subassemblies, and assemblies shall conform to design tolerances allowing interchangeability without regard to source or manufacturer. Nonstandard parts/materials must be interchangeable with standard ones. Configuration Control: MIL-STD-973 Short Form procedures apply with specified tailoring notes (A to AF). Key points include: Automated processing and submittal not required. Configuration audits not required. Contractor's configuration management plan not required. Specific paragraphs of MIL-STD-973 are required or not as detailed. Class I changes require Procurement Contracting Officer approval. Class II Engineering Change Proposals may proceed with Government QAR concurrence. Configuration Control Authorization: Prior authorizations for drawing revisions extend to succeeding contracts until superseded. Contractor must notify PCO in writing with details. 4. Quality Assurance Inspection Responsibility: Contractor responsible for all inspections unless otherwise specified. Government reserves right to perform inspections as needed. Compliance: All items must meet contract requirements. Inspection is part of Contractor's quality program. Sampling does not authorize submission of defective material. Records: Keep complete inspection records available to Government during contract and for 365 days after final delivery. Visual, Dimensional, Mechanical Examination: 100% inspection per manufacturer's established procedures. Electrical Performance Test: 100% testing per manufacturer's established procedures. Inspection System Requirements: Maintain inspection/quality system per MIL-I-45208 or ISO 9001/9002 certification.
