Page 1 of 3 This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposal, quotation, or bid. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08, intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of regular preventative maintenance for a complex pneumatic tube delivery system with 10 blower air shifters, 28 vacuum bypass valves, 89 send/receive stations, 70 distribution stations, and the operational software system.

REQUIREMENT: The C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center has a complex pneumatic tube delivery system that requires regularly quarterly preventative maintenance on 10 blower shifters, 28 vacuum bypass valves, 89 send/receive stations, 70 distributions, and the operation software system. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to complete the deliverables.
