USACE, Portland District is hereby issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ), W9127N26QA057, soliciting for the brand name only purchase of four (4) Corcoran saltwater pumps for the Dredge Essayons Vessel. The attached solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06.

This solicitation is advertised as 100% Small Business Set aside under NAICS code 333914 - Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing. The Small Business Size standard for this NAICS code is 750 employees.

All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. See the attached solicitation document for terms and conditions. Please review the Purchase Description (PD) and solicitation in their entirety. Provide pricing for each CLIN listed starting on page 2 of the solicitation document, sign on page 1 in box 30a, and return to be considered for award.
