SEAPORT Small Business MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive market survey requests, solicitations and submit proposals/offers.*** Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) is issuing this Market Survey for determining Small Business capabilities and is soliciting information from potential sources to provide systems lifecycle sustainment support for the Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems and management support services to NIWC Atlantic in support of Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) N6 Regions, Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). This support encompasses lifecycle sustainment support for systems within Navy installations worldwide. The contractors will be tasked to accomplish the work as specified in the DRAFT performance work statement (PWS) Section 3.0. The period of performance includes a base year and four (4) one-year option periods. Note: This requirement has not been vetted through the review process for approval and attached are only DRAFT documents. The PWS includes Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and will not be made publicly available. In order to obtain access to the PWS, the Offeror shall download, complete, and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for each individual requiring access to the non-public documents to Melissa D.
