Description

In accordance with FAR 16.507-6 (GSA Class Deviation RFO-2025-16), this Exeption to Fair Opportunity (EFTO) justification supports the decision to award a bridge contract for US Air Force Central (USAFCENT) Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) Support services.  The contractor is tasked with developing and maintaining Special Access Program integrated Operational Plans that cover several different contingencies within the United States Air Forces Central Command (USAFCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).  USAFCENT has a continual need for highly qualified and specialized personnel who have the requisite technical expertise and knowledge in their respective disciplines. The contractor must possess high-level analytical services and consulting and management expertise in  program management, operational employment of airpower, joint operations, Special Operations Force integration, intelligence, logistics, Air Operations Center (AOC) operations, deliberate and contingency planning and supporting programs, operational employment of air combat weapons systems, and other functional areas required by mission demands. This contract includes support to Headquarters USAFCENT, deployment locations and subordinate units.
