SYNOPSIS OF NON REAL PROPERTY (NRP) MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES

The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB intends to issue a solicitation for a Non-Real Property (NRP) Maintenance & Repair Services at Eglin AFB, FL. The anticipated solicitation number is FA282326R0014.

The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available on SAM.gov, on or about 22 April 2026. No telephone calls or written requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. This Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will provide all-inclusive services for maintenance and repair to include, but not limited to, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical (interior), fire suppression, and intrusion/security system facility maintenance. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facility maintenance as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). No cost or schedule constraints are currently known. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide facility maintenance and repair. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the subcontract service providers herein.  Such subcontract service providers shall be accountable solely to the prime contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices.

The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis with no set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561210. The size standard for NAICS 561210 is $47.0M. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to the offeror whose’ proposal represents the best value to the Government in accordance with RFO Parts 12 and 15. The anticipated ordering period is five (5) years.
