The Massachusetts Air National Guard is seeking commercial lodging services to accommodate its personnel during Regularly Scheduled Drills and Inactive Duty Training (IDT) periods. - Government Buyer: - Massachusetts Air National Guard, 102nd Intelligence Wing - Contracting office at Otis Air National Guard Base - Products/Services Requested: - Commercial hotel/motel lodging services for MA ANG personnel - Room requirements: Two beds per room, primarily for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights - Estimated quantities: - Off Season Room Nights: 915 (2026 base year), 2,135 (option year 2027) - Summer Season Room Nights: 305 (2026 base year), 305 (option year 2027) - Additional: 65 rooms (Thursday), 120 rooms (Friday), 120 rooms (Saturday) per schedule - Services include 24-hour check-in/out, reservation management, and compliance with safety and security standards - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Lodging must be within 20 miles of Joint Base Cape Cod - Contractor must provide quality accommodations and meet all safety/security standards - Set aside for small businesses under NAICS 721110 (Hotels and Motels) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified small business hotel/motel operators - Period of Performance: - Base year: March/April 2026 through November 2026 - Option year: December 2026 through November 2027 - Place of Performance: - Otis Air National Guard Base, Joint Base Cape Cod, and surrounding areas within Massachusetts

The Massachusetts Air National guard requires lodging services for members outside the commuting distance during Regularly Scheduled Drills.  

(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.202(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 

This solicitation W50S8022QA004 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of the provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating, is not applicable to this acquisition.

(ii) The NAICS code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $40M. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation.
