Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for twenty-two (22) superglue fuming chamber with UV contamination that are brand new and to be certified to the manufacturer’s Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specification. OEM is Foster & Freeman. See “Minimum Technical Requirements” for full details.

This announcement constitutes the only notification of the ATF’s intent to solicit on a sole source basis.  A formal combined synopsis/solicitation will not occur.  All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor.
