Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition
The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Baltimore, MD at 1005 Air Cargo Drive, BWI Airport, MD.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 5,102 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
