The U.S. Army Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC), through the Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, is seeking a turnkey rental and installation solution for mobile office and monitoring containers to support HUMINT training in Gulfport, Mississippi. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC), specifically the 338th Military Intelligence Battalion - Products and Quantities: - 10 mobile/containerized office units (8x20x8'6") with integrated CCTV systems (audio/video capture, transmission, and recording) - Each office unit supports at least four personnel and includes one table and three chairs, locksets, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, HVAC, electrical distribution, and acoustic treatment - 1 monitoring office container (8x20x8'6") - Supports at least six personnel, includes workspace, HVAC, electrical, network video recorder or video management system (minimum 10 concurrent streams), monitoring displays, managed PoE switches, and UPS - 11 sturdy training tables (10 for office containers, 1 for monitoring container) - 36 durable, ergonomic chairs (30 for office containers, 6 for monitoring container) - Services Requested: - Delivery, offloading, placement, leveling, securing, power and data connection, and full functional testing of all systems - Operator demonstration and up to one hour of training, including user manuals, quick-start guides, admin credentials, and as-built diagrams - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All office containers must have integrated CCTV with audio, supporting HUMINT training and monitoring - Monitoring container must support real-time video management for all office units - Contractor must provide operator training and documentation - All equipment must meet specific technical and safety standards (e.g., fire safety, HVAC, acoustic treatment) - Place of Performance/Delivery: - 338th Military Intelligence Battalion, Building 216, 9th St, Gulfport, MS 39501 - No specific OEMs or part numbers are specified in the solicitation or attachments

The Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) has a requirement for the delivery and installation of ten (10) containerized office units with an integrated CCTV system, one (1) monitoring office container, eleven (11) tables, and thirty-six (36) chairs in accordance with Attachment 0001 Statement of Work (SOW).
