Description
Scope of Engagement. The TCG will address global technology trends relevant to acquisition decision-making, including but not limited to:
Peer and near-peer technology trends Threat armor and anti-armor capabilities Survivability and Lethality challenges in contested environments Counter-UAS and emerging aerial threat considerations Threat static-displays
Classification and Security
TCG discussions at minimum will be conducted at the SECRET//NOFORN level. No classified information will be posted to SAM.gov. Participation is limited to U.S. citizens with a current SECRET clearance (or higher) affiliated with a cleared U.S. Facility.
Eligibility
U.S.-based companies with an active Facility Clearance (FCL). Experience supporting armor systems, sensors, sUAS and counter-sUAS, electronic warfare, or threat modeling.
Requested Information from Industry
Interested parties are requested to submit the following unclassified information to the POCs:
Company name, CAGE code, and primary point of contact Confirmation of facility clearance and clearance level Brief description of relevant capabilities and portfolio alignment (no more than 1 paragraph in an email to the POC) General areas of threat or intelligence interested related to armor and/or anti-armor Anticipated number of proposed attendees and clearance levels (Limit of 5, ideally system engineers or personnel with security clearances that influence capability development)
Anticipated logistics
Timeframe: 19-21 May 2026 Location: Cleared facility in Charlottesville, VA. Format: In-person, classified environment.
Specific location and participation details will be provided to selected participants.
