This opportunity seeks comprehensive dining facility support services at the Savannah Combat Readiness and Training Center (CRTC) for the U.S. Air Force. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Savannah Combat Readiness and Training Center (CRTC) - W7M3 USPFO Activity GAANG, Contracting Office, Garden City, GA - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; this is a service contract. - Products/Services Requested: - Full food service support for the Savannah CRTC Dining Facility, including: - Cooking, food preparation, serving, cleaning, cashier duties, sanitation, table bussing - Carry out, box meals, and catering for on-base events - Meal services for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and midnight meals, supporting 1-1000 personnel per meal period - Firm Fixed Price line items for meal services (quantities: 9-25 days per meal type and personnel range) - Contractor must provide all personnel, uniforms, aprons, slip-resistant shoes, transportation, and supervision - Government provides PPE except steel toe footwear - Unique or Notable Requirements: - ServSafe certification and AT Level I training required for key personnel - Adherence to Air Force and FDA food safety standards - Small business set-aside under NAICS 722310 - Services provided on an as-needed basis with at least one-week notice - Estimated support for 1 to 1000 patrons per meal period - Option to extend services for up to 6 months - No specific products, part numbers, or OEMs are referenced; focus is on service delivery and compliance with military food service standards.

This is a non-personal services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide full food service at the Savannah Combat Readiness and Training Center (CRTC). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.  Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.  

The Savannah CRTC Dining Facility is a full-service dining facility to include carry out service, box meals, and catering to on-base locations during scheduled events. The Dining Facility is only utilized on an as-needed basis to support visiting units exercises and does not operate on a full-time schedule.  Notice will be provided a minimum of 1 week prior to DFAC services being required of the contractor. The contractor shall provide all personnel, uniforms, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform service as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.
