Description

NAVFAC EURAFCENT intends to award a contract modification to increase capacity of the current Job Order Contract (JOC) held by Kellog, Brown & Root Services, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.  Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work.  The purpose of the modification is to increase the ceiling level of the JOC IDIQ by $9.6M from $75M to $84.6M.  This increase allows for continued mission essential work to be performed at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti through the third quarter of the fiscal year.  NAVFAC EURAFCENT intends to award a follow-on JOC before the beginning of the fourth quarter of FY26.
