The Department of the Army, through the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Riley, is seeking a contractor for a one-time electrical upgrade in Building 722 to support the Synthetic Training Environment-Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer-Air (STE-RVCT-A) fielding. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, U.S. Army, MICC-Fort Riley, Directorate of Contracting - Scope of Work: - Installation of one 300 Amp electrical panel (also referred to as a power box) - Installation of thirteen (13) 20 Amp dedicated electrical outlets with cover plates - Provision and installation of thirteen (13) cord reels (25-foot length, one per outlet) - All work to comply with NFPA/NEC 70, 70E, 70B, and applicable Army regulations - Contractor must provide all materials, labor, tools, transportation, and supervision - Place of Performance and Delivery: - All installation work at Building 722, 722 Ray Road, Fort Riley, KS 66442 - Delivery of materials may be required at Central Receiving Point, Building 7920, Apennines Drive, Fort Riley, KS 66442-5936 - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must be completed within 7 business days after contract award - Contractor must adhere to the specifications in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Salient Characteristics Sheet - Offerors must submit signed solicitation and salient characteristics documents - Compliance with small business set-aside under NAICS 238210 (Electrical Contractors) - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are mandated; open to equivalent commercial products meeting salient characteristics - No resellers, distributors, or system integrators are specified as manufacturers
Description
Installation of Electrical Upgrades in Fort Riley BLDG 722, one 300 Amp Panel, 13 Electrical Outlets, 13 Cord Reels. Service and installation to be performed in BLDG 722, 722 Ray Road, Fort Riley Kansas. See Diagram in PWS, section 4 for further details.
In order to be considered for award, Offerors must fill out and sign both the 'Solicitation - W911RX26QA024' Document and the 'Attachment 01 Salient Characteristics Sheet' Document. Offerors who fail to do so shall not be considered for award.
