This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C77626Q0121 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the services of OVID Core Biomedical Collection to various Department of Veterans Affairs medical facilities. This acquisition is a total set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
