Description
The Township of Cherry Hill is seeking proposals from qualified firms to serve as Township Appraisers. The contract(s) will be awarded to one or more firms to perform appraisal duties in accordance with New Jersey statutes for professional services. Applicants must have significant experience in municipal tax appeals and condemnation issues, hold an active New Jersey State Real Estate Board General Certification License, and have a minimum of 7 years appraising real property in Camden County. Proposals must be submitted by May 30, 2024, and include original, copy, and electronic versions.
