This opportunity seeks qualified small business contractors to repair, remove, and install roof gutters, drains, and concrete basins at Buildings 318 and 1250 on Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Mobility Command (AMC), 19th Airlift Wing - 19th Contracting Squadron (19 CONS PKA) and 19th Civil Engineer Squadron (19 CES) - Scope of Work: - Repair, removal, and installation of roof gutters, drains, diverters, concrete basins, and concrete pavers - Gutters must be commercial grade aluminum, matching existing color and fabricated from metal - Includes excavation, plant removal, mulch replacement, debris cleanup, and restoration of landscaping - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and waste disposal - All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations, codes, and licensing requirements - 12-month warranty required on workmanship and materials - Unique Requirements: - Work must ensure proper water drainage away from buildings without damaging plants or causing erosion - Contractor must coordinate with government representatives and comply with safety and fire regulations - Small business set-aside; NAICS code 332311 - Completion required within 60 days after material arrival; material delivery date must be reported within 10 days of award - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are identified in the solicitation

The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required to repair roof gutter, drains and concrete basins to allow proper water drainage away from buildings 1250 and 318 at Little Rock Air Force Base Arkansas, 72099. All work will be conducted in a satisfactory manner to allow proper water drainage from roofs without damaging plants (except as noted in attached pictures) nor causing erosion due to runoff. The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall follow all Federal, State and local regulations, codes and license requirements.
