The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION Brand Name Instron 1500HDX Universal Testing Machine(UTM) Delivery and Installation at the United States Military Academy (USMA).

The estimated period of performance is 01 June 2026 – 31 May 2027.

This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors with a size standard 22.0 million dollars and FSC/PSC of N099. - In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.
