Description

The Township of Cherry Hill is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional planning services in three specialties: Housing Planner, Redevelopment Planner, and Professional Planner. The Housing Planner will focus on Fair Share Housing compliance under relevant New Jersey statutes and regulations. The Redevelopment Planner will assist with redevelopment planning under the New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Act. The Professional Planner will support the general reexamination of the Township's master plan as required by state law. The solicitation was cancelled and will be re-bid; interested parties should review the attached documents and submit proposals accordingly by November 28, 2023.
