Description
The Township of Cherry Hill is seeking proposals from law firms licensed in New Jersey to serve as Chief Municipal Court Prosecutor or Substitute/Conflict Court Prosecutors for the 2024 calendar year. The contract is awarded through a fair and open process and requires compliance with affirmative action and business registration laws. The successful firms must have significant experience prosecuting cases in New Jersey municipal courts and will perform duties as specified in the RFP documents. Proposals must be submitted by January 5, 2024, and include original and copies as well as an electronic version.
