Description
The Township of Cherry Hill is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional appraisal services as the Township Appraiser. The contract will be awarded to one or more firms based on established qualification criteria in accordance with New Jersey statutes. Firms must have a General Certifications License from the New Jersey State Real Estate Board, at least 7 years of experience in real property appraisal within Camden County, and 5 years representing municipalities before relevant tax and superior courts. The contract term is one year starting around July 10, 2023, and submissions require original and copies along with an electronic version.
