Description
Cherry Hill Township is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide maintenance services for digital tax maps and geographic information system (GIS) base maps for the calendar year 2025. The work involves updating approximately 5 key maps and 238 individual plates to reflect 2024 conditions, including subdivisions and consolidations, without the need for new field surveys. The consultant must have superior knowledge and experience in municipal tax map and GIS mapping, and all tax mapping must be performed under a New Jersey Licensed Land Surveyor in accordance with state regulations.
