Description
Cherry Hill Township is seeking a qualified Municipal Advisor to provide professional financial advisory services for the calendar year 2025. The advisor will assist with compliance and development of financing alternatives related to any issuance of debt, including bonds, notes, refunding, refinancing, and other municipal obligations. The role includes serving as the Township's consultant on debt financing projects, providing independent financial advice, managing the note and bond financing process, negotiating key points to meet Township objectives, and acting as Dissemination Agent for annual continuing disclosure compliance. Applicants must be registered Municipal Advisors with the SEC and MSRB and comply with relevant MSRB rules.
