Description
The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) requires an Application/Software Architect to support the design and implementation of a new Grants Management Solution (TGMS) for end-to-end grant lifecycle management. The contract is for two years, during which the contractor will develop technical architectures, define integration interfaces with supporting applications such as the Financial Management System, and assist development teams with customization and configuration. This opportunity is set aside for Indigenous businesses qualified under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) and holding a TBIPS Supply Arrangement Tier 1 for the National Capital Region at Level 3 in the Application/Software Architect category.
