Description
The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) is seeking contractors for road rehabilitation and maintenance activities including milling and paving asphalt, subgrade removal and preparation, concrete rehabilitation, and traffic accommodation. The work varies in size and complexity throughout the 2026 construction season. This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) will establish a roster of qualified contractors who will sign a Master Agreement and be eligible for specific project call-ups. The contract duration is approximately 10 months, with submissions accepted via email until April 23, 2026.
