Description
The Minnesota Department of Corrections is soliciting proposals for mail scanning services across all eleven of its facilities. The goal is to eliminate contraband through the mail system and mitigate risks to incarcerated persons and staff. The contractor will be responsible for scanning all incoming mail, providing necessary hardware, developing a secure system for legal mail, retaining original mail for 60 days, and storing digitized mail for up to 7 years.
