Description
This solicitation seeks proposals for a Self-Employment (SE) program that delivers instructor-led training and business implementation support over a maximum of 26 weeks, with an additional 90 days of ongoing guidance after completion. The program may be delivered in person, online via live training, or a combination of both, and must cover all aspects of business operations including business plan development and one-to-one mentoring. The combined duration of training and implementation support must not exceed 26 weeks, aiming to help participants become self-sufficient full-time business operators.
