Selkirk College is seeking a qualified consultant or consultant team to develop conceptual design recommendations for the fire suppression system, environmental controls including HVAC, monitoring and fire alarms, and fire-rated enclosure of the archives space. This work will inform subsequent detailed design and construction as outlined in the Statement of Work. A site visit is scheduled for April 9, 2026, and is strongly recommended for prospective bidders. The solicitation is an informal Invitation to Quote (ITQ).
