This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks qualified vendors to procure, assemble, and distribute Safe Sleep Kits and Sleep Sack Kits for local partners providing safe sleep education to caregivers across Ohio. The kits must meet AAP and CPSC standards and be distributed statewide through an online ordering and tracking portal for authorized partners.
