This Sources Sought is a market research tool to be used for the purpose of preliminary acquisition planning. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified, experienced, capable, and interested businesses only. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Solicitation, or Invitation for Bid (IFB). It should not be construed as a commitment of the Government for any purposes other than market research and is not restricted to a particular acquisition approach. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the data collected as a result of this market research. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought is strictly voluntary. Any future solicitation, including specifications and/or drawings, will be made available only on the System for Award Management website https://www.sam.gov under solicitation No. FA251726RC500. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for release of any updates, solicitation package, and all amendments.

Purpose:

The 21st Contracting Squadron at Peterson Space Force Base is publicizing this Sources Sought to gather industry feedback on the current contract attachments as well as identifying qualified business in order to support acquisition planning with respect to a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) reacquisition for seven military installations across the Front Range in Colorado and Wyoming. MACCs are Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts whose requirements are competed among a pool of multiple awardees based on work defined in individual task orders. Work may consist of multiple disciplines in general construction categories. It may also involve design services for all aspects of general building construction including construction, modifications and renovations of existing facilities.
