This opportunity seeks industry input for depot-level repairs and upgrades of LM2500 gas turbine assemblies for the U.S. Navy's Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, U.S. Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), Code 423 - OEMs and Vendors: - General Electric (GE) is the primary OEM for the LM2500 turbine components - Vendors must be GE Aircraft Engine certified repair facilities - Products/Services Requested: - Depot-level repair and upgrade services for: - LM2500 Titanium Compressor Stator Cases (part numbers: 9686M82G53, 9686M82G54, L24067G21, L24067G01, L24067G02, L24067G07, L24067G09, L24067G14, L24067G16) - LM2500 Steel Compressor Stator Cases (part number: L24067G16, to be upgraded to L24067G18) - Compressor Rear Frames (part numbers: 9103M30G24, 9103M30G26, 9103M30G30, 9103M30G37, 1822M21G01, 1822M21G02, 1822M21G03, to be upgraded to L21370G22) - Power Turbine Stator Cases (part number: L21754G13, to be upgraded to L21754G15) - Services include incoming assessment, cleaning, stripping, repairs to worn/cracked areas, upgrades to latest GE configuration, protective coating application, final inspections, testing, and reporting - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be certified by General Electric for LM2500 repairs - All repairs and upgrades must meet the latest GE LM2500 model 7LM2500-PF-MLG34 configuration - Government Furnished Material (GFM) assemblies will be provided for overhaul - Strict security and reporting requirements apply - Work is performed at the contractor's facility; delivery and reporting to NSWCPD - Place of Performance/Delivery: - Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA
Description
This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of Depot level repairs and upgrades of LM2500 Titanium Compressor Stator Cases, Steel Compressor Stator Cases, Compressor Rear Frames, and Power Turbine Stator Cases. Specifications are listed in the attached Request for Information (RFI) and Statement of Work.
SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials (described in the attached RFI) to meet NSWCPD needs.
NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 06:00PM EST, 08 April 2026.
