Description
In the performance of this contract, HRSA requires that the SRTR Contractor be responsible for providing statistical and other analytic support to HRSA and the OPTN for purposes including the formulation and evaluation of organ allocation and other OPTN policies. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide analytic support to HRSA in various areas including policy formulation and evaluation; system performance metrics; economic analysis; and preparation of recurring and special reports to Congress. In the performance of this contract, the Contractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities as needed to perform its tasks as listed below in the Performance Work Statement. The Government shall monitor the Contractor’s performance under this contract in accordance with the contractor’s proposed and accepted Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
