Description

The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District is seeking proposals for an outside adjudicator to conduct Level II parking citation hearings. The contract will start on July 1, 2026, for a three-year term with two optional one-year extensions. The adjudicator will collaborate with the District's online citation processing company to receive notices, arrange hearings, communicate decisions to the District and appellants, and provide reasons for upheld or dismissed citations. The service is for appeals of parking citations issued by Midpen Rangers for ordinance and vehicle code violations.
