Description

The Redmond Urban Renewal Agency (RURA) is seeking proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary Design-Builders for the design and construction of a new outdoor year-round recreational rink and park facility located at SW Deschutes Avenue and SW 7th Street on a 0.95 acre site. The project includes a 6,000-9,000 square foot ice skating rink operational from November through March, other recreational uses from April through October, a flexible community gathering/park area, walking paths, on-site parking, and facilities servicing both the rink and park.
