This procurement seeks a multi-slice spiral computed tomography (CT) system for delivery to Central Ukraine, managed by the U.S. Army Materiel Command and the 409th Contracting Support Brigade. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Materiel Command, HQ Contracting Office Directorate (Unit 23156, APO AE 09227) - 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Theater Contracting Center - SBU - Contracting and Acquisitions (Ukraine) - Products Requested: - Multi-slice spiral CT scanner (at least 32 physical slices/rotation, 64 reconstructed slices) - Includes gantry, generator, detector, patient table, operator console, advanced imaging software - Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for CT scanner digital components - Voltage stabilizer for entire CT scanner - Power distribution board - Lead glass panel (min. 800 x 1200 mm) - Automatic bolus injector (for contrast agent and saline) - Medical printer (for film) - Services Requested: - Delivery to Central Ukraine - Equipment commissioning - Training of medical professionals - 12-month warranty service from commissioning - Notable Requirements: - Delivery required within 90 calendar days of contract award - Vendors must provide technical documentation, capability statements, and demonstrate relevant experience - All equipment must comply with detailed technical specifications (see Attachment 1) - Delivery is FOB destination; contractor responsible for transportation to Central Ukraine - No specific OEMs or brands are named; opportunity is open to all qualified manufacturers meeting the technical requirements. - Place of Performance/Delivery: - Central Ukraine (final destination) - Panzer Kaserne, Stuttgart Boeblingen, Germany (potential staging or logistics point) - U.S. Army Contracting Office, APO AE 09227 (contracting office) - Warranty service required for 12 months post-commissioning.
