Description
The City of Rock Island is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to perform a comprehensive assessment of two buildings located at 1609 4th Street, Rock Island, Illinois. The assessment will cover structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, accessibility, and building envelope systems, evaluating current conditions and identifying deficiencies relative to existing and potential future occupancy classifications.
