The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering approval of two requests to amend operating licenses for the St. Lucie Plant, Unit No. 1 and Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2. The NRC proposes to determine that these amendments involve no significant hazards consideration (NSHC).
