Broward County Fleet Services Division is seeking a contractor to provide surplus auction services for the disposal of county-owned vehicles, equipment, and property. - Government Buyer: - Broward County Fleet Services Division (FASD - Purchasing department) - Scope of Services: - Comprehensive auction services for surplus vehicles, heavy equipment, transit buses, machinery, shop equipment, office furniture, electronics, spare parts, and related property - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract Structure: - Initial one-year term with an option for one four-year renewal - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must hold appropriate state licenses - Required submission of bid table, location certification, and vendor questionnaire - Optional documentation includes anti-human trafficking affidavit, business tax receipt, auction business and auctioneer licenses, certificate of insurance, domestic partnership act certification, litigation history, and OESBD procurement preference documentation - No set goal for economic or small business development participation - Electronic submission of responses is required - Compliance with insurance requirements is mandatory
