  • Requirements: university-billed, affordable, accessible, no large upfront payments or guarantor requirements, financial aid compatibility, guaranteed occupancy, centralized communication, safety and accessibility standards

• Unique or Notable Requirements

  • Academic Integrity Tool must integrate with Canvas LMS and support advanced AI content detection

  • Both contracts include an initial three-year term with up to two one-year renewals (maximum five years)
