Ector County ISD School Nutrition Department is seeking proposals for a district-wide turnkey kitchen security camera system upgrade across 37 school campuses. - Government Buyer: - Ector County ISD School Nutrition Department (Odessa, TX) - OEMs and Vendors: - Axis (current camera manufacturer) - Genetec (existing video management system) - Products/Services Requested: - New security cameras compatible with Axis and integrated with Genetec VMS - Cabling and mounting hardware for all installations - Turnkey services: design, procurement, delivery, installation, integration, configuration, testing, commissioning, and operational training - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Mandatory site visits at all 37 campuses to verify conditions and requirements - Integration with existing Genetec VMS and use of existing Axis cameras where feasible - Camera placement adjustments as directed by the District at no additional cost - Proposals must cover the entire scope; partial bids are not accepted - Project supports food inventory protection, asset security, and incident documentation - All work must comply with Texas Department of Agriculture approval for capital expenditures over $10,000
