The Regional District of Central Okanagan is seeking proposals for an IT Service Management (ITSM) system to manage IT infrastructure and services for approximately 350 employees and 1,500+ IT assets. The system should centralize asset management with lifecycle tracking, automate incident, problem, and change management, support onboarding/offboarding workflows, provide a self-service portal with mobile access, integrate with Microsoft 365, and comply with Canadian security regulations. The contract includes an implementation phase to achieve 'Go-Live' by June 1, 2026, followed by a 5-year subscription and support phase with an option to extend for another 5 years.
