The Government of Ontario is seeking information for the modernization of the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) platform. The current platform serves employers, applicants, and their representatives through an e-Filing Portal but is constrained by legacy technology limiting adaptability and scalability. The modernization aims to align the platform with the Government of Ontario's Target State Architecture, integrating with various government systems such as Identity and Access Management, Online Payment Service, and data repositories. The project scope includes updating the applicant and employer portals and ensuring collaboration with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
